Each reading is a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed on each product page and are subject to change; the price charged is the price displayed at the time of your order.
Readings are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page (ranging from instant delivery to 48 hours, depending on the product). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, though we aim to meet them consistently.
Your reading is generated from the birth data (date, time, and place) you submit. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in your reading caused by incorrect or incomplete information you provide.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astra & Fate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our readings or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
