• Birth data: your birth date, and — if you provide it — your birth time and birth place. For couple readings, we also collect this information for your partner if you choose to submit it on their behalf.
• Payment information: processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Marketing source data: which page you arrived from and, if present, campaign tracking parameters (UTM tags), used to understand which content brings visitors to the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Generate your personalized reading and deliver it to your email.
• Process your payment and manage your order.
• Send you order-related communications (confirmation, delivery, follow-up).
• Improve our content and offerings based on aggregate, non-identifying trends.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

To operate this business, your information is processed by the following service providers, each under their own privacy and security terms:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Airtable — customer relationship management and order records.
• Anthropic (Claude) — used to help generate the text of your personalized reading from your submitted birth data.
• Our email delivery provider — used to send your reading and order communications.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, respond to support requests, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6).

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. This includes rights available under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including relying on providers (Stripe, Airtable) that maintain their own industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
